The back is the sexiest and the best looking muscle to build. And it’s pretty important to train due to its role in posture. Some people may not have a pull up bar or any equipment to train their backs so this blog will help those people by providing back exercises with no gym equipment needed.

Why is training back important?
Postural Health
Injury Prevention

Better Aesthetics
The back is a universal symbol of strength and resilience, both physically and metaphorically. Its role in carrying loads, performing powerful movements, and maintaining posture has made it synonymous with endurance and capability. From ancient sculptures of warriors and gods to modern bodybuilding and athletics, a strong, broad back represents power, discipline, and the ability to bear life’s burdens.
Supermans
I don’t even know how to explain this exercise. Trains the lats, all you need to know. A good home work-out that can define the back.
Towel Rows
Trains upper back, requires towel and a pillar apparently.
Australian Pullup
Yep, you need two chairs. Didn’t know this exercise even existed, you can build some mass with this one.
