Being really jacked and strong looks cool and all but is it really that important to the point where you have to dedicate yourself to the gym for a very long period of time?
Is working out even worth it? I’d say yes, every once in a while you should get some physical activity. I feel it is a must but what about hitting the gym for years? Well, for starters if you workout often then the side effects of it is improving your health. Hitting the gym is also very good for your mental health. Exercise releases some good chemical reactions in your body. You also get to see what your body is capable of.
There’s a reason why myostatin exists. Muscles demand a lot of fuel and energy which cost money. Your appetite will increase as you get more bigger. This may not be an issue for present times but what if you went through a financial crisis? Or you were placed in a survival situation where food is scarce. You’d most likely starve to death. Getting into a gym requires a membership which will also cost money. You need money to stay jacked. And is it even worth it to look jacked? Sure you’ll look good but what’s the point? Looks will fade overtime as you get older, your physical appearance is temporary AND there’s always someone out there with better genetics. You are spending time and money to look good for a few years. The consistency that it takes to stay jacked is also a pain in the butt in my opinion. You be doin allat just to look like it but not use it usefully bruh.
Nevertheless, trying to improve your life by hitting the gym is very commendable. Hitting the gym doesn’t always have to make you look jacked. You can hit the gym to get better at sports that you play or to have a healthier lifestyle. Everyone has different goals.

Anyways, tryna build your bicep?
